Q: I want to buy the other bundles, why are they sold out?
A: Our physical preorder dates have ended December 29th, 2024. We place production orders very shortly afterwards to ensure that we have enough time to receive, quality check, and pack orders. It is very hard to change order quantities after that point.
The item entries are still public for the sake of displaying the merch mock-ups. Digital sales will remain open through our production period.
Q: When will leftovers go on sale?
A: April 2025. We don't anticipate having many leftovers (<10 most likely).
Q: I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?
A: Please reach out! Our email is [email protected] and the "Contact Us" form at the top of our shop is also monitored. We'll be in touch within 72 hours, and in the rare event a world-gobbling space narwhale eats your message, don't be afraid to follow up.
Q: This isn't a question, I just want to see production updates.
A: Great! Check out our social media links + Carrd info on our "Other Links" page. We'll also be sharing more art and world-building snippets during the production period as well.
PREORDER QUESTIONS
Q: How long will preorders last?
A: Preorders will be open until December 29th, 2024, the midnight rollover into Dec. 30th in the Pacific time zone (UTC-8).
Q: How do I qualify for Early Bird bonuses?
A: All bundles with physical merchandise will have an Early Bird add-on available on the product page that is free of charge. This bonus is only available if you have completed an order AND added the Add-On to the bundle prior to December 1st, 2024.
Q: What are Stretch Goals and how do I get them?
A: Stretch goals / Share goals are our way of saying 'thank you for pre-ordering'! Share and Stretch goal items will automatically be added to all pre-orders shipping with any physical merchandise regardless of when they are placed. Make sure to spread the word so we all hit those stretch goals early!
Q: Where do I use promo codes?
A: At the check out screen, there will be a field near the payment total where you can enter a promo code. Codes have a limited time window to be used, and will only be available via announcements on our social media accounts (Twitter/X, Tumblr, and Bluesky).
Q: Can codes be applied to previous orders?
A: Sadly no. BigCartel's system does not let us change finalized orders besides shipping addresses.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Q: When is the zine expected to ship?
A: The first wave of shipments are expected to be shipped starting mid-March 2025.
2/18/2025 Edit: First wave of shipments is expected to ship starting mid-April 2025.
Q: Where does the zine ship from?
A: We ship from the United States of America. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we will ship to anywhere Fedex, UPS, USPS, and DSL can reach. Shipping is charged as a flat rate per order. Please note that buyers are responsible for VAT or any import/custom fees once the package leaves our US-based post office.
Due to factors out of our control, some countries will not accept packages from mail carriers. Any orders that have a shipping address originating from a country that is unable to be serviced will be canceled and refunded.

Q: How will the zine and merch be packaged?
A: Dynamax (Full Bundle) orders will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box made from recycled paper products with the inner contents sealed in water-resistant packing materials.
All other physical bundles will be shipped in a recyclable cardboard mailer, with water-resistant packaging enclosing the contents for further protection.
Q: Where is my tracking number for my package?
A: Your tracking number will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email. This is not the same as your Order Confirmation email (sent after placing a pre-order). Since shipment and fulfillment will take place in April 2025, that is when physical packages will be taken to the postal office and shipped out and a Shipping Confirmation email will be generated.
If tracking shows as "Unavailable" or "Invalid" when checking on your postal carrier's website, please give the system 24 hours to update the label's tracking status after creation.
Q: When will digital orders be delivered?
A: Digital goods will be sent out 2 weeks after the first pre-order package has been officially shipped. We expect this date to be late-April 2025.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENT, DAMAGED, ETC. ITEMS
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: All preorders are considered final. Sales from pre-orders fund the production of the physical goods, thus are necessary for the manufacturing process.
Q: What if my shipment is lost or damaged?
A: We will replace items that are lost or damaged as a result of negligence in the packing process overseen by the KA PKMN zine's mods. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged due to postal service mishandling, customer fault (wrong shipping address for example), or acts of God (inclement weather like rain, typhoons, earthquakes, etc.).
